Kitchen:
Floors, counter-tops, stove top, burners removed and cleaned, outside of refrigerator cleaned, sinks – scoured, disinfected and polished. Blinds dusted. Microwave cleaned inside and out. Trash removed. Wastebasket – cleaned(outside). Floors swept and mopped.
Living room/Family Room:
Pictures, ceiling fans, knickknacks, furniture, floors cleaned(vacuumed/swept and mopped). Major appliances dusted/polished. Blinds dusted. Must be scheduled in advance.
Dining Room:
Counters, cabinets and furniture cleaned and polished outside. Floors cleaned(vacuumed/swept and mopped). Reachable ceiling fan dusted. Major appliances dusted/polished, Blinds dusted.
Bathroom:
Bathtubs thoroughly scrubbed, showers scrubbed, faucets, toilets cleaned, sinks scoured and disinfected. Mirrors polished. Chrome/stainless steel polished. Blinds dusted. Wastebasket cleaned (outside). All floors swept and mopped.
Bedroom:
All furniture cleaned and polished. Beds made. Pictures dusted or wiped clean. Floors cleaned – vacuumed/swept and mopped). Reachable ceiling fans dusted and cleaned. Wastebasket cleaned(outside). Blinds – dusted.

All above, plus:
- Light Fixtures dusted
- Ceiling Fans dusted
- Windows cleaned (inside)
- Baseboards dusted
- Sliding door tracks cleaned
- Vents dusted
- Cabinet fronts and walls cleaned (fingerprints around fixtures/knobs)
